The measurements are very accurate and there is plenty of stretch beyond it too. The transition from dress to skirt is actually comfortable which was a worry because of the top half becoming a band around the waist; it's genuinely so comfortable around my belly and hips! It's adjustable and the pockets are big enough for my phone and wallet. I will say that anything in the pockets may weigh the dress a little bit so I have to pull the top half of the dress up sometimes, but it's worth it.
I wish there were more plus size options for other dresses! I plan to buy the other colors as soon as they're available.
