We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, but may vary due to customs processing and delays with local carriers.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.
If an order is returned to us by the shipping carrier because it was unclaimed or because the customer did not pay the required customs fees, import duties, or taxes, a refund will be issued once the package has been received back by us.
Please note that any applicable return shipping charges, carrier fees, customs-related charges, or other costs incurred as a result of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
The original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are eligible to initiate one free return per order.
To be eligible for a FREE PREPAID return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted and the order was shipped within the United States, we will provide a FREE prepaid return shipping label.
Once your returned package has been delivered to us and fully inspected, we will process your refund for the eligible returned items within 7–10 business days.

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The customer has to bear all the shipping cost. Exchange can take 4 to 5 business days to process.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under applicable consumer protection laws.
