Order Processing & Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking included. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before checking out. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us by the carrier, we can issue a refund for the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Domestic Orders
Shipping within the USA is $6.99.
We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within the USA.
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of being placed.
International Orders
For orders outside of the USA, shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout.
We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, but may vary due to customs processing and delays with local carriers.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.
Please note that international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
LOST PACKAGES
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but the customer reports it as not received, we are not able to assume responsibility for the lost package. In these cases, customers will need to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
