I saved my hard earned money and spent $200 with this company and I regret it. I never received my order that was marked “delivered“ by UPS and the way they handled it showed me they are absolutely not a trustworthy or reputable business.
KNC never sent a single update after taking my money e.g., email confirmation of order November 29 with an “Estimated delivery Monday, Dec 8–Tuesday, Dec 9.” After that initial confirmation, there was not a single fulfillment, en shipping email, no tracking—nothing. Because I was finishing up my finals and work about 50 hours a week, I lost track of the timeline, in addition to no further communication from them. I had to dig for the tracking myself by manually going to their website and putting in my information, and when I finally did, the UPS page said “delivered” 3 days before the delivery window they gave me of (Dec 8–9). I had no idea the order was even fulfilled, let alone delivered. And unfortunately, UPS can literally drop your package off ANYWHERE and state that it was “delivered” without proof of actual delivery and it be considered delivered.
When I reached out, they basically told me “UPS says delivered, so it’s not our problem.” They put all the responsibility on me and told me to check my building’s cameras — which is wild, especially since not every building even has cameras. They made assumptions, offered no real help, and acted like being a “small business” excused them from taking any accountability, completely ignoring the fact that they provided no updates, no warnings, no delivery notice, no fulfillment confirmation — nothing. They placed 100% of the burden on me to figure it out and take the loss, even though the situation was caused by their lack of communication.
They also don’t offer any delivery protection or insurance, yet they still think it’s acceptable to leave customers with a total loss if something goes wrong. They also contradicted themselves — on one hand saying UPS marked the package delivered so there’s nothing they can do, but then telling me to “give it a few days” because holiday tracking can be unreliable. So UPS is only “reliable” when it protects them, but suddenly questionable when the inconsistency supports my side.
I even followed up again with more information and they completely ignored me but they’re active on social media posting like nothing happened, positioning themselves as a “small business“ of integrity..
This company has no real customer care, no accountability, and once they have your money, you’re on your own. I would not recommend buying from them at all. They are not a company of true integrity and are very performative as long as they are getting their coin.
No accountability. No resolution. No protection. No real customer service.
At that point, you might as well order from Temu — at least they have refund purchase protection. I’m glad that I didn’t splurge because I was actually going to spend three times the amount I did but wanted to get an idea of the quality and fit etc. I’m begging you, if you want to take your chance, especially living in a busy city, in an apartment building with no building protection do not risk it!!! They will not support you.
